All delegates, regardless of age, must be registered with their corps or ARC unit (not by DHQ or Area Command) unless they are members of the Territorial Band, Songsters or Creative Arts team.
Members of the Territorial Band, Songsters and Creative Arts will be registered as THQ - NOT thru their corps. The THQ Music Department will handle this.
The EBC will register their officers and cadets as THQ as well.
Registration can be done for an individual or a family. Delegates can use their email address or organizational account to register. An email account can only be used once to register for this event. Once you register, you will not be able to sign in to make changes. If you need to change your registration, please email Freda Bullock. You may also register without an account at the bottom of the sign in page. An email that has not been used with the events system is required to use that option.

The registration fee is $50 per person regardless of age.
If you are a Salvation Army officer, soldier or just attend a corps, you can register online after which your corps officer will approve you as a part of the corps delegation. Your corps officer will let you know when to pay your $50.00 (per person) registration fee.
If you do not attend a Salvation Army corps or ARC, you will be asked for payment via credit card during the registration process. (Example - Board Member)
You will receive an email confirmation and further instructions immediately after registering online. Important: a valid email is required to complete the registration process.

Childcare services will be provided by Accent on Arrangements, a company specializing in conference-based children's programming. Accent was our childcare provider at the 2004 Territorial Family Conference and the 2008 Territorial Holiness Congress. We are pleased they are returning to take care of our most precious resources - our children.
If you have a child between the ages of 6 months and 6 years, they are eligible for this service, but MUST be registered through Accent as well as this Congress site. The link for Accent is: https://www.accentregister.com/Event/CEvents/6938
There is no extra charge for childcare. There will be a cut off date in order to utilize this service. This will be supplied at a later date. There will be no walk-up service provided.
